Welcome to Auntie Foo Cafe, a delightful gem nestled in the heart of Kuala Selangor at 1, Jalan Raja Abdullah, 45000 Kuala Selangor, Selangor, Malaysia. This charming cafe blends the warmth of a local eatery with a creative twist, serving not only delectable food but also a selection of souvenirs that capture the spirit of the region.
Auntie Foo Cafe is more than just a spot for your morning caffeine fix; it’s a cozy haven perfect for breakfast or brunch. The atmosphere is inviting, though the limited space can get lively, making it an ideal location to engage in warm conversations over a cup of coffee. As YC C aptly noted, they serve nice coffee at reasonable prices, making it a great choice for those seeking a quick pick-me-up.
For those venturing beyond beverages, the menu offers an array of delightful dishes. The French Toast with Honey & Butter is a must-try; it’s soft, fluffy, and perfectly drizzled with honey for a sweet start to the day. In the mood for something heartier? The Smiley Breakfast is a playful yet filling concoction, with eggs, sausage, baked beans, and a cheeky smiley face potato that appeals to both kids and the young at heart.
If you’re craving authentic Malaysian flavors, the Bihun Goreng with Telur is a standout. Fragrant and savory, it showcases Auntie Foo's knack for traditional recipes, complemented by sambal that adds just the right amount of spice. And don’t miss out on their Coffee Cube, a visually striking creation that lets patrons customize their coffee experience as the iced espresso melts away, offering a refreshing twist on a classic favorite.
Auntie Foo Cafe serves an array of drinks that cater to diverse palates. The Teh Tarik stands out with its creamy richness, perfectly balanced sweetness, and the kind of texture that only comes from expert preparation. Whether you're stopping by for a caffeine hit or a full meal, the friendly service and vibrant ambience contribute to a memorable dining experience. And as Zamri Idris shared, the thoughtfully decorated space and quality offerings make it a perfect location for evening gatherings with family or friends.

“ Cute cafe with a combination of souvenirs and food in one located in the pekan in kuala selangor. Not a big space but serves nice coffee with reasonable price. We didn't order food but saw table next to us eat their nasi lemak, in big portion and looks yummy. The only downside is the AC, not cold enough for a full house. Recommended if you are around and needed a coffee boost ”
“ Auntie Foo Café is a charming little spot, perfect place for breakfast or brunch in a relaxed, cozy setting. French Toast with Honey & Butter Simple yet satisfying! The toast was soft and fluffy. Served with butter and honey for that sweet-salty balance — a comforting bite to start the day. Smiley Breakfast Fun and hearty! A cheerful plate with eggs, sausage, baked beans, hash brown, ham, and toast. Bonus points for the smiley face potato — definitely a hit with kids and those young at heart! Bihun Goreng with Telur A Malaysian classic done right. Fragrant and savoury bihun topped with a perfectly cooked egg. The sambal on the side added just the right amount of heat. Coffee Cube Very Instagrammable and cleverly served! The frozen espresso cubes with a side of milk and syrup let you adjust the strength of your coffee as it melts — refreshing and strong. Teh Tarik Creamy, rich, and just sweet enough. You can tell it’s made with care — not overly milky and with that authentic ‘tarik’ smoothness. Service was friendly and fast, and the ambiance was great for chill weekend mornings. ”
“ Came here with my family. For evening drinks. Ordered Coffee, Tea & Cendol. Taste great. Friendly service. Nice ambience. Tastefully decorated. ”
“ Found this cafe in google maps, so came here to try their kopi peng (iced milk coffee) and nasi lemak. Kopi peng was 3/5 and nasi lemak was 4/5, their sambal is nice..price also very reasonable.. the cafe environment is very beautiful and gives me the those old coffee shop vibes... parking is easy , have to use coupon on weekdays.. highly recommended, can stop by here to have a cup of coffee or tea before going up to north side.. ”
“ A nice place to chill out during the hot afternoon. Good amount of foods items on the menus. Staffs were friendly and restaurant decorated artistically. We had chicken chop ,egg mayo sandwich, servings were big for its price. The dessert was abit too sweet in my opinion. Overall a good experience. ”

“ If you’re planning a trip to Sekinchan, why not stop by this little spot in Kuala Selangor for a quick coffee and light breakfast? It’s one of the rare gems that actually opens before noon—most businesses in the area seem to come to life only after midday, which adds to the charm of this laid-back hometown vibe. I went with a cappuccino and half-boiled eggs for breakfast. The eggs were decent, but the coffee was a bit underwhelming. That said, their menu might have hidden gems worth exploring—so don’t hesitate to give other dishes a try! What really stood out for me about this place is how it doubles as a mini tourism hub. They have tons of useful information about local attractions, from the magical Sky Mirror tour to tips on visiting the fireflies (Kelip-Kelip). If you’re new to the area, it’s a handy starting point for planning your adventures. As a bonus, they also sell locally made souvenirs crafted by the indigenous communities nearby. It’s a nice way to take home a piece of Kuala Selangor while supporting local artisans. Definitely worth a quick visit! ”
